I loooove this balm. I didn’t have it for a while and was completely forlorn. Now I can rescue my poor skin AND bask in the wondrous scent. I will never be without it again. I wish they made it in barrels.

The balm is nice when you get to it but it is nearly impossible to get out of the bottle. It solidifies so won't go up the pump.

I am in love with this body balm. It is so hydrating, smells amazing and feels so good on my skin. My only complaint is that it’s hard to pump out of the bottle. I tried thinning it down but couldn’t find a suitable product. After the bottle is about half gone, it’s hard to get the rest out without a lot of effort. It’s not stopping me from buying but I would sure like to see the issue looked into.
